    Guarantees

    We recognise that water quality is essential for the reliable operation of our customers’ sites, so we offer a bespoke Design, Build, Finance & Operate (DBFO) service. Our service ensures clients receive the specified water quality at all times, guaranteed by key performance indicators. Our DBFO model includes plant design, process design, technology selection, project management, construction, finance, operations, staffing, and asset management, as well as licences and information provision. This means our customers receive this guaranteed water supply for a fixed annual cost, with nothing payable until water is being supplied. After an initial consultation about the customer’s specific requirements, we help analyse the benefits of water reuse and other technologies to optimise costs and minimise environmental impact.

    Continuous improvement

    We carry out engineering in-house using our own staff in accordance with our own standards and design principles – developed from our 100 years’ experience in drinking water and 50 years in industrial water. Because we also operate and maintain every plant we build, we’re always learning and improving our design standards. Every new plant we design considers the many innovations that have been incorporated in every one of our plant designs that preceded it, and our continuous improvement philosophy ensures we share new innovations across all our existing sites.

    DBFO Delivery

    Our knowledge and expertise in delivering water infrastructure for the longer term is unmatched in industry. Over decades we have developed an optimum blend of skill sets and acquired an unprecedented construction project management capability. We offer an unrivalled utility mindset that provides guarantees to our customers with regards to water supply availability and quality. By taking on the responsibility for the permitting process for the entire term of our contract, our customers can focus on their core business.
